- Radon gas is odorless and invisible and the only way to know if your home has elevated levels is to test for it.
- According to the EPA, exposure to radon is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer in the US.
Professional Testing
- Radon testing is a necessary part of many real estate transactions but can also provide peace of mind to homeowners concerned about air quality in their home.
- We use electret ion chambers to conduct short or long term measurements of radon levels in the home. Tests can be deployed for as little as 48 hours. Upon collection, the tests are then analyzed in our lab and results are provided the same day.
- Retesting is recommended every 2 years.
